Life as a woman can be full of invisible pressures. You may be doing all the right things, yet still feel anxious, low, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you’re healing from childhood trauma or a difficult birth. Maybe you feel weighed down by the impossible expectations of modern motherhood, or you’re navigating identity, loneliness, or late-diagnosis neurodiversity.

Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to face it alone.

How I support women

I offer a gentle, confidential space where you can explore your inner world in your own time and in your own way. Together, we can:

  • Unpack anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Heal from past trauma, loss, or difficult life events

  • Explore relationship and family challenges

  • Break cycles of generational trauma

  • Learn to love and accept your body and nurture self-compassion

  • Develop healthier coping strategies and emotional balance

My approach

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I bring over a decade of experience working with women through talk therapy, art psychotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Art therapy is not art lessons, and it’s not just for children. It offers a creative, accessible way to process emotions that may feel too big or too complex for words. It has nothing to do with the image and all about the process and deep expression

EFT (tapping) is a simple but powerful somatic tool (body-based) to release emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and support emotional regulation.

We’ll use whatever approach feels most supportive for you — whether talking, creating, tapping, or a combination.
